Big Fella Project Blog- SuperSized to Energized

Well end of Week 4 and while all is still going well I must make a confession. I have fallen off the wagon just a couple of times and failed in my attempt to eat healthier. It was only a meal here or there but it has definitely taken its toll on me. Let me explain. And before i do i must say that this isnt the way I normally deal with these kind of attempts. I tend to eat my way out of them. But not this time, so here it goes. I seem to be hitting the wall in terms of being motivated to really be all into it. It just doesnt seem to be going fast enough for me. Now i know i shouldnt think that but i do. So heres my challenge….i have a weigh in tomorrow…. I need to not let the size affect me from working out any differently I need to hammer it and get it going…Remember me when your talking to the big guy upstairs….it helps…..

45 minutes workout. 15 on treadmill and 30 with trainer. Pushed it further today than I think any other so far. Feeling the burn inside. That only means the fire is burning stronger. I’m gonna kick this weight deal right in the ASS — with Julie Schaufelberger and Jen Webb at Y M C A.
