Water work-outs are not just for Seniors! They are great for ANY healthy adult or one struggling with a particular illness such as fibromyalgia, cancer, arthritis, etc. H2O Cardio is a great way to meet people and work-out in the water. Our pool water stays at a wonderful temperature of 84 to 85 degrees especially good for anyone with arthritis or bad joint pain but keeps even the healthiest comfortable. This work-out can be low-impact in the shallow water or work-out in the deep water using all the same moves. The sky is the limit for you who want to use the water to exercise!

Want something a bit more intense? Try Liquid Heat! Heat up your workout in the pool with this high intensity cardio and strength training in the water.
Tuesdays: 6:30 – 7:15 pm
Class runs: Tuesday, March 4th – Tuesday, May 27th
