Welcome to the Fitness page of our website! We have many new and improved items within the Fitness department, so I am really excited for you to check out this site. Both the Fitness Center and Weight Room have new equipment—including treadmills, heavy ropes, elliptical machines, bikes, bench covers, and dumbbells to name a few. Four new bikes were also recently added to the Cycling Room. In addition, the Youth Fitness Center now has a Video Fitness option, which provides a large flat-screen TV and DVD for member use anytime during open hours. An individual or group of members can simply bring in any fitness DVD and work-out. This is especially great for those who need space, equipment and a great work-out, but can’t make it to one of our free fitness classes. The Fitness Department offers a great line-up of free fitness classes right now with instructors who are trained, certified and ready to take your fitness to the next level! Check out the schedule on this site. We also have four personal trainers that can meet the needs of any desired workout.

SilverSneakers still continues to be one of our strongest programs—with slower paced work-outs and well-participated social events for active older adults.
