Personal Fitness Programs
PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS:
The YMCA Fitness trainers would love to help you reach your health, fitness, or athletic goals. Scheduling personal training sessions is a great way to stay motivated and see results. Each sessions is a 30 minute one-on-one personalized workout with a YMCA fitness staff trainer. Sessions are available with Julie Schaufelberger, Kory Hesseling, and Kelly Houg.
YMCA MEMBER RATE: (rates effective 1/14/2013)
With a Lead Trainer: 10 sessions for $150 / 20 sessions for $250
POTENTIAL MEMBER RATE:
With a Lead Trainer: 10 sessions for $200 / 20 sessions for $325
GROUP TRAINING: (All participants must be YMCA members)
2 Members: 10 sessions for $100 per person
3 Members: 10 sessions for $90 per person
PERSONAL FITNESS WORKOUT :
A YMCA Fitness trainer will design an individual workout routine for your personal health and fitness goals. The trainer will go through one workout session with you to get you started on your new workout routine – $25 for 45 minutes.
