PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS:

The YMCA Fitness trainers would love to help you reach your health, fitness, or athletic goals. Scheduling personal training sessions is a great way to stay motivated and see results.  Each sessions is a 30 minute one-on-one personalized workout with a YMCA fitness staff trainer.  Sessions are available with Julie Schaufelberger, Kory Hesseling, and Kelly Houg.

ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING:

YMCA MEMBER RATE: 

10 sessions for $150   /   20 sessions for $250

POTENTIAL MEMBER RATE:  

10 sessions for $200   /   20 sessions for $325

 

GROUP TRAINING:

2 Members
10 sessions – $100 per person
20 sessions – $165 per person

2 Non- Members
10 sessions – $130 per person
20 sessions – $220 per person

3 Members
10 sessions – $90 per person
20 sessions – $150 per person

3 Non-Members
10 sessions – $120 per person
20 sessions – $200 per person

4+ Members
10 sessions – $75 per person
20 sessions – $125 per person

4+ Non-Members
10 sessions – $100 per person
20 sessions – $170 per person

PERSONAL FITNESS WORKOUT :

A YMCA Fitness trainer will design an individual workout routine for your personal health and fitness goals. The trainer will go through one workout session with you to get you started on your new workout routine – $25 for 45 minutes.
