This event will be for those interested in practicing their bug out skills. Join like minded community members to share ideas and network.  Endorsed by the Van Wert County Sheriff Department, Homeland Security, EMA, and American Red Cross.

Several classes will be offered over the weekend such as: Food storage, Bug Out Bags, Inexpensive prepping, Water preparation, self defense, as well as other topics.

The community will be invited to walk through and learn from us individuals strong enough to depend on ourselves in an emergency.  Public is invited Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm for a fee of $5. 

Site will provide space for camping, showers, restrooms, training classes, water and organized activities (guitars and harmonicas welcome). You need to bring your food and whatever else is in your bug out prep to make your own camp Generators, solar pv, wind power. Be as primitive or modern as you wish but no electric directly provided to camps. Cost will be $20 per adult and $10 per child for the weekend. Can set up as early as Thursday and open to public Saturday at 10AM. If you have prepper type items for sale you are more than welcome to do so for a $25 vendor fee.
